ERM 1050

Setup of the machine depending on the workpiece height is very quick and accurate, all displayed on a digital readout. The machine is controlled by a foot pedal, leaving your hands free to support the workpiece. Quick, simple to use and space saving design guarantee increased productivity.

The machine runs totally on air pressure with a minimum of 6.5 Bar required. This means that the router motor, the movement of the routers and the workpiece clamp are all pneumatically controlled.

The pneumatic clamp prevents the workpiece from slipping during processing. This guarantees optimum working results, even when working with larger workpieces.

The use of different router bits increases the flexibility and range of material that can be used. In addition the support bed provides a perfect processing of the workpiece. As standard 2 router bits are provided with 2 mm and 3 mm radius.

The FELDER ERM 1050 offers professional processing of all types of edges incl ABS, PVC and solid strips between 0.4 and 3.0 mm in thickness. Additionally the ERM 1050 can also process post- or softforming workpieces.
